John N. Keller

Since 1977, John has represented individuals, businesses, and insurance entities in a broad range of cases.  His numerous trials to verdict have included criminal prosecutions as an assistant district attorney; successful defenses of clients charged with crimes, including jury acquittals in two 1st degree murder cases; plaintiffs’ injury, death and defamation claims; construction and real estate actions; and insurance defense cases. His work for plaintiffs in injury and death cases has resulted in multiple recoveries in excess of a million dollars each.

John’s experience has resulted in his frequent appointment as a mediator helping parties settle their disputes without need for trial. He has lectured and prepared written materials for various approved continuing legal education courses on civil litigation and dispute resolution.
