As you may know, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has declared a judicial emergency and many local courts, including the Franklin/Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, have declared similar emergencies affecting the scheduling of proceedings and filing deadlines. We will be contacting clients to discuss how the court directives will impact individual cases.
